Victoria Falls Tour
La Riviere Blanche (The White River) which begins in the Valley of Desolation and is also fed by the Boiling Lake, creates the magnificent Victoria Falls.The hike begins in the village of Delices about one and a half-hours drive from our base. This hike is a series of criss crossing the river up the river gorge sometimes scrambling over large rocks until we get to the base of the waterfall where there is a beautiful pool inviting you for a swim. The milky look of the water is a result of the many sulphurous minerals mixing in the water. This water is said to be very healthy for the skin. Time 5-6 hours
Note: Persons should be in good physical condition to do this trip. Good sneakers or hiking boots must be worn. Shorts and T Shirts are appropriate.
